1. Services

The Meadow provides sports therapy and rehabilitation services to clients. All treatment is carried out by qualified, insured therapists.

2. Bookings

Appointments are booked in advance and confirmed by email or phone. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first session.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

4. Liability

The Meadow is fully insured for professional and public liability. Treatment plans are provided in good faith based on the information you give us.

5. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
