Sports and remedial massage, for two kinds of people
Some come for sports massage and deep tissue work — a shoulder that will not settle, a strain that keeps returning, a body being asked to do a great deal. Others come for a Swedish or holistic massage, and simply want an hour in which nothing is required of them.
